Using Data to Drive Decisions and Cradle to Career Success

An important part of our work is using data wisely as we decide which programs and projects to scale up. We also endeavor to use data as a spotlight to show what is working instead of using data a hammer to destroy what isn’t working. Because we are focused on a small geographic area, we want to listen to those who are serving on the ground to hear the stories behind the data points.
